Frequently Asked Questions

ED (Erectile dysfunction) – what it means

  • What makes an erection?
For this to happen, a number of things must occur. Initially, there is a mental-sexual stimulation, driven by the sexual urge of the male (libido). Mental stimulation results in a series of messages being sent from the brain to the penis. These messages lead to a relaxation of the arteries carrying blood to the male organ and the latter, therefore, fills with blood. Engorgement, in turn leads to a striffening of the penis. Following the climax of sexual arousal, the blood returns to the body’s circulatory system and the penis goes back to its normal, floppy state. The slightest hitch in any of this sequence of events – such as a restricted supply of blood, mental anxiety or psychosexual disorders can leaqd to a failure to achieve an erection.
  • What is ED?
ED is the term for failing to achieve an erection or to sustain it for long enough to complete sexual intercourse. In other words, it’s the symptom of some underlying cause – whether physical, mental, or a combination of the two. Most instances of ED are the result of physical rather than mental or emotional problems. Temporary periods of impotence are therefore not at all uncommon and only a persistence of the problem should give cause for concern.
  • What causes it?
    • Getting older
    • Reduced blood circulation
    • Diabetes
    • Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
    • Surgery in the pelvic region
    • Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions
    • Hormone dysfunction
    • Depression, anxiety or mental health issues
    • Cigarette smoking, drug or alcohol abuse
    • Sickle Cell Anemia
    • Peyronie's Disease
    • Premature Ejaculation
  • How do ED drugs work?
Most widely used are: Viagra (Sildenafil), Levitra (Vardenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil). Their function is to interrupt the body chemicals that are stopping the erection from happening. The drugs make sure the arteries in the penis become relaxed, thus allowing it to engorge with blood.

Product info

  • Are your medicines branded?
No, all the pills we sell through the internet are generic – they are not copies of or counterfeit versions of any branded medicine.
  • So, what is the difference between a branded and generic medicine?
Very little – except what you call it and what you pay for it! A generic drug is known by its formal, chemical name; a manufacturer of a branded product can give it any name he chooses. Both are made the same way, with the same raw materials. In fact, accepted convention and legal requirements in most countries insist that both branded and generic drugs are the same i.e. the same constituents, power, and form (tablet, liquid, or taken intravenously). In other words, both must have the same chemical make-up and produce the same effect in the body.
  • Why are generic drugs so inexpensive?
Mainly because they are produced by pharmaceutical companies – like those in India – that do not have to pay for R&D into new medicinces but restrict their business to making copies of ready-made drugs. Neither do they have to pay for expensive promotion in the media since they are selling medicines that have already been on the market for the past 10 years or so and need no further promotion.
  • The medicines I bought from you do not look the same and are not the same color. Why’s that?
We use just the same active constituents, but we cannot use the the same shape or color for risk of infringing the brand manufacturer’s copyright.
  • Are your medicines passed by the FDA?
Our drugs are made in India by a company with full Central Drugs Standard Control Organization approval and every shipment we send out to our customers includes a Certificate of Analysis from the maker’s laboratory in accordance with Indian law.
  • Are "Soft" and "Regular" tabs different?
What separates soft and regular taps is the way they are used and how they are absorbed by your body. Put the soft tab under your tongue and it will dissolve directly into the bloodstream, rather than your stomach, thus hastening the effect. The soft tabs will allow you to drink alcohol or eat fatty foods before intercourse – something to be avoided if you take the regular tabs.
  • Will I need a doctor’s prescription to buy your medicines?
Please be informed that we require a valid prescription for your order. You should fax it to or send a scan copy to the email . Please be advised that in case you don't provide a valid prescription within a three-day period your order will not be processed.

Usage

  • How many pills should I take?
We suggest you begin with 25mg (one quarter of a tablet). If you find that’s enough, stay with it. If not, try 50mg. Never begin with 100mg or more. The usual dose for Viagra is 50mg (half the tablet (and for Cialis, 20mg).
  • How should the medication I have received be taken? What are the side effects?
    Generic Cialis (Tadalafil)
    Generic Viagra (Sildenafil)
    Generic Levitra (Vardenafil)

OUR CUSTOMERS' FEEDBACK
Though I’ve taken delivery now, I had a slight hitch as the courier insisted on coming to my home, saying they could not fit it in the mailbox (which was what I wanted). But delivery to the office wasn’t a problem.
When I asked for 4 extra tablets, these arrived just a couple of days later, right to my door. It’s worth shipping everything together to reduce costs, but overall I’m impressed by the service. Read more
